- Purpose
- Pre-execution procedural governance assessment of AI-enabled actions.
- Primary users
- AI governance teams, auditors, researchers, product teams, institutional operators, IoT/robotics workflow owners.
- Output
- Proceed, Review, or Block classification with a structured JSON record, SHA-256 hash, public verify page, and optional report export.
- Intended use
- Support reviewability, accountability, evidence awareness, and risk escalation before a proposed action creates a governed effect.
- Not intended for
- Legal advice, formal certification, automated approval without human/institutional authority, or replacement of sector-specific compliance obligations.
- Privacy
- Standard mode stores submitted text. Hash-only mode stores hashes rather than free-text content.
Limitations
- The tool does not determine legal compliance.
- The tool does not create authority to execute an action.
- The classification is only as reliable as the submitted evidence and human/institutional review process.
- High-risk deployments should integrate sector-specific controls, audit procedures, and qualified review.
